'Waskly' is a fully custom automotive audio build that merges cutting-edge design, digital fabrication, and audiophile-grade performance. This project features a Focal K2 Power front stage with custom 3D-printed sail panels for tweeters and precision-built kick panels for woofers, complemented by a rear K2 Power component system in an integrated enclosure. Anchoring the low end, a pair of Focal Utopia M 10" subwoofers reside in a down-firing, illuminated enclosure trimmed in black leather and plaid with an acrylic viewing window and glowing “Waskly” logo. Power comes from a Helix P-Six Ultimate handling active front processing and DSP controll, and a Helix P One driving sub frequencies with clarity and depth. Every element — from Peel 3D scanning and Fusion 360 modeling to CNC-cut panels, laser-etched accents, and 3D-printed components — was engineered for precision, performance, and visual harmony. The result is a high-fidelity sound system that looks as stunning as it sounds — a showcase of modern fabrication meeting timeless craftsmanship.

The
Vision
The vision behind Waskly was to craft an automotive audio experience where engineering precision meets artistic expression. Every decision — from acoustic layout to aesthetic detailing — was guided by a desire to blur the line between performance and presentation. We set out to build a system that not only delivered studio-grade clarity and immersive staging, but also reflected the vehicle owner’s unique personality through custom design and craftsmanship.
By combining digital fabrication tools like 3D scanning, CNC machining, and laser cutting with premium components from Focal and Helix, our goal was to elevate car audio into a fully integrated art form. Waskly represents more than just a sound system — it’s a study in balance, innovation, and individuality, proving that true high-end audio is as much about the experience you feel as the sound you hear.

The
Process
Every masterpiece begins with a meticulous process — and Waskly was no exception. We started by digitally scanning the vehicle’s interior using a Peel 3D scanner to capture every contour of the sail panels, kick panels, and center console. This precise data was imported into Fusion 360, where each component was designed from the ground up to ensure perfect fitment, symmetry, and acoustic performance.
Once modeled, fabrication began across our automation arsenal — CNC routers, laser cutters, and an array of 3D printers brought each design to life with surgical accuracy. The custom sail panels were sculpted to house the Focal K2 Power tweeters, precisely angled for optimal imaging, while kick panels were built to integrate the K2 Power woofers seamlessly into the cabin’s architecture.
The heart of the system — a down-firing subwoofer enclosure housing twin Focal Utopia M 10” subs — was hand-finished in black leather and plaid fabric, illuminated by programmable accent lighting and a glowing “Waskly” logo behind a clear acrylic window. Rear component enclosures and a custom amplifier rack were crafted with the same precision, showcasing Helix amplifiers in a perfectly balanced visual and acoustic layout. From concept to completion, Waskly represents a full integration of digital precision, human craftsmanship, and high-end audio engineering, resulting in a system that performs as beautifully as it looks.
